Hi Irina,
The pose is good, model makes good eye contact.
The rest of the photo...not too good. :-(
The background, & foreground, are very cluttered with so many objects, that it distracts the viewers eye away from the model's face.
Also the model's arms, and hands, should be fully shown, not chopped off length wise.
Either open up the lens fully to achieve the most shallowest depth of field, or move the model to a less destracting location, perhaps in front of a solid wall with no windows....And show us those hands, and arms.
