I wonder if you took another shot from off to the left side of the tracks moving the focal point off centre? Also have you tried this one using a 'cooler' black?Just my thoughts

There is such a feeling of despair in this photograph. This is a road that doesn't go anywhere. It is very bleak. Great picture.
