      Well - liked the sun shining on it.
      My sister used to work on this floating museum.
      The ship played an important role in world war 2-
      in the naval battle which led to the sinking of the german shop - the Scharhnorst;
      in escorting convoys to archangel in russia
      and in support of the D day landings.

      many details to xplore within your picture, where is hay s wharf?
    • markkeville 31/03/2023 15:16

      Hay's wharf is, I think, an atea of renovated warehouses  - east of Londin Bridge, on the south side of the river, towards tower bridge.
      One of the nicest things to do, in london, is to walk along the south side of the river - from tate modern - east - to Tower Bridge - and just beyond Tower bridge to Shad thames/Butler's Warf.
      There are nice views north, across the river - and the old warehouse buildings are very picturesque.
