next time try using the same shutterspeed to keep that nice colour, but use a fill flash, and lock focus on the faces and it should stop them from blurring.
i wonder why you uploaded the photo in fine art. wouldn't "people" or "Documentary & Journalism" work much better with it?
anyway ... obviously you used a very long shutter speed which gave you that movement-effect, but for me it would have been better if the faces would have been sharp.
the background (the people and the equipment) are a little bit disturbing. you might want to reduce that interferences by cropping the top section which shows that naked wall ...
