At the northern part of Loei province in Kaeng Kut Khoo, Chiang Khan.
Kaeng Kut Khoo is a large rock rapids in the middle of the Mekong River. Kaeng Khud Koo located in Chiang Khan district about 3 kilometers to the Mekong River. Composed of large stones.
Many groups of schoolkids and students come for an excursion to this view point at the river bank.
