The small San Mateus Fort in Cabo Frio, upstate Rio de Janeiro, built by portugueses in the XVI century. This small town has the most blue and cold waters in Rio de Janeiro State, as the name of the city meaning (Cabo Frio means "cold cape"). Anyway, it is one of the most popular destinies of tourists in that litoral.
