Fishing on Lake Como

Some late afternoon fishing is being done, perhaps for the evening’s repast,
on this lovely autumn afternoon at Nesso on Lake Como in Italy.

These two gentlemen are probably both intent on a good catch, but the one on the left is certainly taking the more “leisurely” approach, attending to the task from a safe terra firma perch at his lakeside home. While he has temporarily set down his pole, the line remains cast well into the lake.
