First price to win at Red Cross ceremony
The Kitti Resort at Phu Ruea organized a Tombola to win the car excluded (!) the flagship girls for buying a tombola ticket for the benefit of Red Cross welfare.
The city festival was celebrated in front of the government building for the province of Loei.
