thanks for comments!I am pretty sure he is not a burglar. He was talking for a while with some guy inside the apartment and after the discussion looked inside for something. I am guessing some kind of repair issues.

...how about,...just simpy, LIFE!you feel this home breathing life,..the presence of a human in home reflects the type of atmosphere the house will have,.....have you ever been in house that has been abandoned, or mayb being occupied by someone who does not care how it looks,....it feels emotionless, like they sucked its soul, it no longer lives.
