thanks for your comment about the size, hardy...you are right about the pixels...I really could have used the 1000pixel ...:-( ... but I definately more or less used the kb: the pic I uploaded (and which is also displayed in the browser) is 127.95 KB (131017 Bytes)...that's the number my browser tells me (and this agrees with the size I had in mind) ;-)... so I would definately be interested where the 65 kb come from you see...sizes like 65 kb normally come from the auto-compression of too large pics...which is not the case...cheers, alexandra

Sehr schöne Aufnahme, grandiose Weite. Das Bild hast du mit nur 860 Pixel und 65 kb hochgeladen, dir stehen aber 1000 pixel und 150 kb zur Verfügung. Nutze es aus und das Bild gewinnt deutlich an Größe und damit Ausdrucksstärke :-)Wonderful Picture, amazing Landscape. You did load it up with 860 pixel and 65 kb but you have space for 1000 pixel and 150 kb. Use it and the Picture will have much more expression-strengthens and size.
