Hi Ely,I like the idea behind the picture and I like the sort of "contrast" between the open and still closed flower head (though it falls somewhat off the edge). But why is the main feature of this picture out of focus? Was it intended?
Try to cut away the puffy seeds at the left but leave the little white flowers there in the picture. I think that would improve the overall composition.
Play around with the idea some more, you made a good start...
