i'm afraid i don't like the was you processed the photo ... in my opinion the eyes shold be the sharp part of the photo, but not only a part of the hair ...

additionally i'd have cropped a part of the head for bringing the eyes out of the center to a more upper part of the photo ...

basically a good picture which could be improved by a different processing ...

just my personal opinion ... ;-)
