Common Squill
Everybody knows Daffodils and Tulips as typical springflowers, but there exist also other species, like Common Squill for example.
Those pretty tiny springflowers are blooming already late february and continue into march.
(originating from Russia and Iran)
Dutch name : Witte sterhyacint
German name : Mischtschenko-Blaustern
Latin name : Scilla mischtschenkoana

Die Blütenpracht der kleineren Blümchen wird häufig gegenüber den üblichen Frühblühern und Frühjahrsblumen übersehen, das ist eigentlich schade, da es - wie Du hier so schön zeigst - so viele wunderschöne Blümchen gibt.LG Astrid
