Clouded Yellow Butterfly

The Clouded Yellow is a very attractive butterfly, widespread in North Africa and the Mediterranean region, from where it migrates north-wards each year.

I captured this specimen on a fine evening in the last sun light of the day.
This butterfly is a very active one, flying restlessly from flower to flower.
When feeding it remain extremely alert and rarely settle for more than 2 or 3 seconds at a time.
