      They just happen to be very pale and very shiney tiles which provide a good reflection.
      The fact that i used a poster-like "cut-out" effect from photoshop elements - that is not a factor.
      To give you some background - the roof arches are Victorian - circa 1850.
      I have always liked to castle - the Norman keep - circa 1080 - which was the only bit of the castle that survived when the railway lines were built through the city.
