I think the most famous butterfly specialist here is Walter Schön .He is hosting the nice website http://www.schmetterling-raupe.de showing a lot of european butterflies in detail.
Other specialists are Jörg Kuhbandner and Detmar K. .
Your butterfly should be "Celastrina argiolus (Faulbaum-Bläuling, Holly Blue)"... as you already assumed.
