Carol's Dream

This past September I was traveling through New York State's Sullivan County when I came past the place where the world famous 3-day "Woodstock" Concert was held in 1969. The area is still mostly Farmland. Now, there is a Museum there and a Pavilion (with seats) for concerts. One can still feel and see the "Hippie" influence of that time as one travels thought the area. Just like the painted Bus " Carol's Dreams" on the side of road, and the little shop next door that sold tie-dyed T-shirts and Bandannas in day glow colors.

Amazing.....that was a little more than 45 years ago!

Dein Musik-Link war der Hammer. Gleich mehrmals habe ich ihn mir angehört, habe ich doch noch gute Erinnerungen an damals. Heute nochmals das alles zu hören und anzusehen, das ist wirklich mehr als zufrieden stellend.
Die Zusammenstellung als Collage ist Dir gelungen.

ohhhh so long ago when we had dreams of a peaceful
world full of love and music .... have seen the movie
a couple of times over the years, those old tunes still
so fresh - a great collage of the place that made
history and of the beautiful landscape all around and
that bus !!!!
