Buddha Altar in Wat Si Bun Rueang
An altar out the temple building of Wat Si Bun Rueang.
Wat Sri Boonruang is located at the heart of Muang Mae Sariang, next to Wat Jong Sung, with fences clearly dividing the space from each other. The temple was built in 2807, originally named “Wat Mak Kaeng”, but later changed into “Wat Sri Boonruang” in 1947. It is a beautiful temple. The pavillion, and the viharn have adorable perforated designs with a blended artistic style of Greek and Mon.

Der ist wirklich sehr schön mit einem Buddha im burmesischen Stil. Den werde ich mir auf jeden Fall ansehen wenn ich mal wieder in Mae Sariang bin.LG, Herbert

Aus den Schlagwoertern ersehe ich das dieser Tempel sich im Norden Thailands befindet, ist aber nicht der einzige, in Bangkok gibt es ebenfalls einen. Der sich am Ende der Saen Seap Expressbootlinie befindet
