Belgian draft horse
With its heavy muscling, the Belgian draft horse (also simply known as the 'Belgian') is one of the strongest draft horse breeds in the world and weights more than 1 ton !
At the end of the 19th century, the Belgian became very highly sought and many of them were exported for use all over Europe, Russia and America.
Recently there has been a boom of interest in the USA for this heavy draft breed.

German name : Belgisches Kaltblut
Latin name : Equus caballus
