Begrüßungszeremonie
der Basstölpel im Gegenlicht.
Mit zunehmender Bindung an ein bestimmtes Männchen kommt es zwischen den beiden Vögeln zu der für Basstölpel charakteristischen Begrüßungszeremonie. Die beiden Vögel stehen dabei aufgerichtet Brust an Brust, die Hälse sind nach oben gerichtet und mit den Schnäbeln werden fechtende Bewegungen ausgeführt. Dabei lassen die beiden Vögel laute Rufe hören.(wikipedia)
