A temple in the rocks
Tashi Dor monastery is a cave hermitage and for centuries it has been the destination of Tibetan pilgrims. We were lucky to step inside this monastery which was destroyed by the Chinese invasion before and was reconstructed in 2005. At the present an abbey with four monks keeping this heritage in its condition.
