Karpathos is an island in south Aegean Sea belonging to Dodekanesian complex. It has numerous beautiful costs but the interior is bare and rocky with lack of descent roads. Crossing this interior with a... good car one can reach its northest end where the beautiful village of Olymbos is located and have some rest with a sip of good red wine.
On the way, especially in the evening, there are some very interesting parts where the rocky surface can blend nicely with the extending below sea and let the glance stretch to the remotest end of the horizon...
