A Gentle Hudson

No, not a 1950's sedan with the base 6-cylinder engine, but one of the lovely stained glass windows in the
overpass of a favorite station along the Metro North Hudson Line during an autumn sunset, last October.

"A Gentle Hudson" is one of the works of artist Joseph Cavalieri. “North, South and Home”
is the collective name for his window designs above the tracks at Philipse Manor. (*)

Beyond the stained glass panels, the windows look out on the Hudson and its western shoreline in golden hour.
