First let me say that the model is beautiful.
The photo should have been cropped more tightly to the model's shoulders on both sides, or the model should have been moved in front of the clock, so that the whole background would be dark. The dark background seems to make her features really stand out.
The light on the right side, and the clock on the left side are very distracting, and pulls the eye away from the model's beautiful features.
Also the subject should have been "portraits" instead of "fashion & glamour".
