  Sono sicura che tante opere d'arte moderna siano capitate per caso.
  Finiti i Fidia, Buonarroti e Canova, anche la scultura è casual.

..sometimes you don't really know if it's art or not...but anyway - if we can enjoy it, it's okay...this photograph shows this construction as a piece of art, so it is art in this conception.   Sorry dear friend, just by chance I realize now that my first answer has been lost.... (for my own inattention PROBABLY)
  I agree with you that what amazes the observer can be considered art...
  Perhaps this installation also has the task of preventing disembarkation from boats, or probably preventing bathers from sunbathing there and diving dangerously, since the water at that point is not deep enough.
  However this seemingly crude structure had struck me positively...

L'installazione contemporanea ben s'inserisce nel piacevolissimo ambiente, ampio e pervaso da coinvolgente senso di quiete.
Genius loci ben colto, dallo sconosciuto artista e... dalla fotografa.
