Ich bitte all meine lieben Fotofreunde um Verständnis, dass ich Erklärungen zu meinen Fotos in englisch schreibe, da ich mit Freunden aus dem fernen Osten in Asien meine Fotos oft gemeinsam bearbeite, beschreibe, poste und dann betrachte.
Alle Abbildungen und Darstellungen erfolgen mit der Zustimmung der betroffenen Personen.
Mein Englisch ist nicht immer perfekt, wer da Fehler findet, der darf sie behalten - vielen Dank.
I live in Thailand since 1978 and travelled in Asia in many countries, like Turkey, Jordan, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Japan, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Mongolia, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, Tibet, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and I travelled in my homeland Thailand to many places.
My most liked occupation is travelling in my own style, I refuse travelling in overall tourism groups to touristic routistic centers and ... I am not a "postcard photographer", some of my pictures express criticism or sarcasm.
I used and use many different cameras, like the old historic Leica M1, KONIKA T4, CANON A1, AE1 and F1, NIKON CoolPx 5000, D200, D300 and now at present the D700. Many of my photos are scanned with the NIKON CoolScan V ED.
All the photos I shot during my diving tours are captured with a FUJI F31fd and its underwater housing. No lightshow (flashlight or spotlight) I use under water.
Its not my style to share top quality master pieces, my favorites are sharing pictures which documents amazing moments during my journeys. Many slide photos are in old conditions and not in good color quality (old stored slide photos, captured more than 40 years ago).
But its my pleasure all my life to document my journeys to hold on unforgettable moments with my pictures and to transmit this memories to other enthusiastic travelers.

Notice please that I always give my photo copyrights free of charge for absolute private matters, benefaction and charity matters, education matters without any commercial background.
For commercial use I usually get paid for each picture and for the full copyright following the rules of the Bundesverband der Presse-Agenturen und Bildarchive (BVPA).
