Founded in 2001, fotocommunity quickly became the most important German-speaking online community for photography enthusiasts. From the very beginning, the focus of fotocommunity was to provide photographers with a place to present their images and connect with other photo enthusiasts.
We are proud that, many years later, we are still the place where more than 1.7 million users share millions of photos and have written over 250 million photo comments. In addition, our members organize more than 1,000 local events, workshops, exhibitions, or user meetups every year. This shows that we continue to live up to this mission today.
