Hi fellow creatives.
I recently posted a shot and in a few days it became my most viewed shot ever with nearly 60k views. I have been on here for years. It nearly doubled the second placed shot. I am wondering firstly, is the view count accurate? Secondly, has is been featured somewhere I don't know about. I never saw a photo of the hour notification.
How can I find out more?

From what I’ve seen, the view count is generally accurate, but it can spike if the image gets picked up by internal algorithms, category listings, or even external embeds. Not all of those trigger a visible “photo of the hour” notification.

Sometimes it’s as simple as the right image hitting the right audience at the right time. Either way, clearly something about it resonated.on.

Thanks, that is helpful. The shot did become photo of the hour subsequently.
