Help .... thanks for all your help

In my collection I have a photo from a truck.
I would like to change the M in BM to a F.
Naturally one could copy the E and erase the lower line.
Unfortunately, I don't have Photoshop and even if I did, I wouldn't know how to do that. The software that came with my camera didn't work. Or I gave up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
