If you are a beginner then I would suggest you to buy a cheap camera and practice with it for at least 5 months. The one thing with expensive cameras is that when beginner have their hands on it, they tend to give it up. They do not end up realizing how good their camera is and they lose interest. When we begin with a basic camera after practicing we know the struggle and begin to appreciate the expensive lenses. So it is really important that we appreciate the heavy cameras.

I think the best camera is the one you can always take with you. When you shoot with that, first camera, you get a feeling of what you're missing and it shows you what you need and what a camera needs to deliver. There's not one or the best, the best is the one that fits your needs and that you actually always have with you and that you really enjoy taking pictures with.

Learn the basics of photography and do not make the mistake of believing that if you spend enough money you will become a good photographer.
