I always loved taking pictures, but I didn't become a "real" photographer until 1997, when my husband gave me my first "real" camera, a Minolta Maxxum 430si RZ with 28-80 zoom lens. He followed that wonderful gift with a 70-300mm f4-5.6 LDO macro zoom lens. (The man's a keeper, huh!) A few years later, he game me my digital camera, a Kodak CX4300 EasyShare. Digital is cool, but I still love my SLR!
I love taking pictures of my kids and of landscapes and nature. Feel free to offer suggestions, if you feel you can help me improve my picture-taking. Everything I do comes from my gut, so I'm sure I have a lot to learn.
(I so far have not been able to upload a photo. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.)
