So I was curios, and I took a look on the map of the High Tatras last weekend. The answer is that there is Velka Studena Dolina, just next to Mala Studena Dolina. It's not surprising, is it?
As far as I know the High Tatras is an Alps like mountain, but I'm not sure. To be honest I don't know if there is a Big Cold Valley, since I was there only twice.
