About me
I'm a point-and-clicker to be honest, with extremely limited knowledge of photography, although this is something I'd like to address.
I bought my wife an EOS 20D and after seeing how much fun she was having I've decided to have a go as well.
I an interested in all types of photography. My biggest problem is that whilst I may understand some of the techniques I have no clue about what makes for a good photo.
Hoping that this website, a few magazines and maybe my local camera club will show me how to take better photos.

Welcome to the site, Des.Just think how hysterical it's gonna be to constantly compare your shots against those by Petra. Marital competition......you can't beat it !! ;-)
