      Hello (another) Mark. The building itself is empty and ruined. I have taken a few pictures of the farm-building (Southcote) over a lot of years. It has one of the most remote, desolate and isolated locations that i have seen. The valley that leads to it (the bowmont valley) is , by contrast, well-farmed, and pretty.

      The landscape of the cheviot hills is generally quite bare, and very green ; empty and depopulated. the yellow feed-bucket hints at continuing farming activity.
