Kithira is another island where the medieval presence was very notable with towns, churches, forts and castles. On the top of the island rest the remnants of an imposing castle with Orthodox churches inside. The view to the open sea from there is breathtaking.....

A real beauty you have achieved, dear Alexander. This is an outstanding example of photography. In every way.
But the most impressing thing for me is the guidance of the eye, you follow a real pathway (as already said) to the small bell tower with the heavenly light shining from a dramatic sky. Compliments, this is great!!

Alexander, I admire again and again how you perceive the world through your camera.
A dreamlike view through the archway of the bell tower. For this purpose, this wonderful light and a very impressive b & w artwork.
