This series is an attempt to illustrate how life was going on in the Middle Ages.

Thiboldus and Margareta fell in love and promised each other eternal fidelity.
But Margareta's father did not agree with their engagement and challenged Thiboldus for a sword fight to the death.
(see pictures below).

The fight quickly became very hard and debilitating. Who will win this timorous battle…….?
