The Living Forest (444) : Great Tit
The great tit is a well known and widespread songbird across much of Eurasia.
This bird is most commonly found in open deciduous woodland and forest edges. In dense forests however it is usually absent.
But the great tit is also very well adapted to the human environment and became a common and familiar bird in urban parks and gardens.

German name : Kohlmeise
Latin name : Parus major
