The Fungi World (134) : Cortinarius vibratilis
Cortinarius vibratilis (no English name exists) is a rare fungus standing on the Red List of vulnerable and threatened species !
Its slimy rusty-brown cap is edible, but beware : this is probably the most bitterly tasting fungus on earth !
The picture shows the last stage of its life, just before dying.
Dutch name : Gele Galgordijnzwam
German name : Bitterster Schleimfuss
Latin name : Cortinarius vibratilis
