Tartar
This is a my biggest tartar, ever presented by a patient (in 15 years of dentistry). It was below a prosthesis in the lower jaw, which has not been removed for 3 years! Astonishing, the patient give only some pain with the gum for the reason to come. Unfortunately the tartar breaks when removing from the lower jaw (prosthesis come firts, then the tartar...)
