Die Badlands find ich ja klasse. Das versteinerte Holz, was hier alles mal lag befindet sich zum größten Teil in Privatbesitz oder auf riesigen Lagern von Firmen, die das Zeug heute noch verkaufen, ganz legal natürlich und abgeräumt, bevor es den Nationalpark gab. Allein das Lager einer großen Firma an der Strasse nach Holbrook hat mehr von den Holzsteinen liegen als sich im ganzen PF befindet.Gruß

Hi Eva Maria,der Petrified Forest N.P. ist wirklich sehenswert. Vor allem die fantastischen Farben beeindrucken wohl jeden Besucher. Ein schönes Foto zeigst Du hier.
