Rotated the image so vertical edges are vertical, or horizontal lines are horizontal. Sometimes this difficult because of perspective, which typically has a greater effect on horizontal lines that are near to the photographer. The eye wants vertical lines vertical and horizontal lines horizontal. A closeup with extreme perspective can make this impossible. In those cases, I make certain that people are level. Standing people are great; you run a line from the center of the face to their crotch. That gives you an alignment line. If the horizon is visible in a photo, it must be horizontal, or the photo does not quite look right. Hope it helps.
