I agree a different crop could be a bit nicer. Something to experiment with. you can also try a lower point of view and a meter forwards (if possible) I like the water movement but you can try to get a longer exposure by using a lower iso, higher F-stop or the use of a nd filter. the stones at the bottom of the picture could be cutted away or been taken more into the picture.
