Av = aperture value you set it at 1.8 which gave you that great focus where the two paper clips were joined. Still life photos like yours are very cool.

I used pentacon 50/1.8 + I am not sure how it say in english, it is something between the lense and the body, like metal tubus:)

and I am affraid I dont know what is Av?
