Nolana paradoxa

There is a bit of a paradox about this flower. The Annual Encyclopedia
by John Kilmer (1989) identifies this flower as Nolana paradoxa from
Chile. But an Internet search under this name comes up only with the
Chilean bellflower;. So I don't know what we actually have here, except
that its structure is fascinating, like a pinwheel getting ready to rotate.
Since I don't know what it is, I took the liberty to play with some filters.
