This is one of my own personal favourite pics. I originally posted it last November, however that upload was a very poor quality and I feel did not do the picture justice. So I have uploaded it at a higher resolution.

the birds are amazing like this, more pier would have lessend(spelling?) this feeling of the birds flying by..

Thank you for all your comments on this, always appreciated. To respond to Ruuds point, I did on that evening try to do exactly as Ruud suggested, however firstly this would have introduced extra buildings on the pier which I feel would have cluttered the composition on the left side and secondly at the particular moment in time which I took the shot I would have missed the birds moving into the right hand corner of the frame, anyhow always glad to hear other opinions.
