you need a photo-edit-software like photoshop, corell or sth like that ...there you would select the whole photo, draw a vertical guideline and rotate the photo til one of the vertical lines is parallel to the guide ...
which editing software are you using?

we do ...but we also trust in water-levels ... (just kidding)
i think in this particular case it wouldn't hurt to rotate the photo 'til the lines are in levels ...
