You have a strong composition here. The reflection in the very still water makes a very strong statement. Your tonal values are pretty good but I would like a little more detail in the shadows below the building.The grain/noise may not be a good element for the image but I can't tell for sure from viewing the image on the monitor. Seeing a print would be helpful but that isn't very practical.
Anyway, this is a nice image.

A simple, but very good shot. The noise/grain works well here - together with b/w it gives a special mood.cheers, Olli
