Dear Rob, thank you for your nice comment.
As for the contrast of this image, I would say that may be due different screen issue. So in my screen is slightly more dense than that perhaps that should be.
In Greece currently, the light is strong enough and of course the contrast, so, I had to reduce somewhat this extra contrast, while I tried to maintain good enough detail in shadow areas as well in the high light areas...

Not bad Christos!
Although I would have choosen a more symmetric approach aligning the edge of the promenade to make it more calm and static. But maybe you loose the top of the latern ... difficult!
