feathery lightness vs. porous cumbersomeness. pulsating green life vs. dead organic material. beautiful, how the fern leaves appear to be tenderly tickling the tree stump, giving it solace by simply overgrowing it and thus letting never-resting nature triumph. life must go on in the clearing! greetings, sabine. p.s.: love the bokeh of sunlight in the very back!

Like the fresh planttowards the old log.. nice combination, good composition and nice light.
Would have liked a shallower DOF if possible to blur out the background a little more :-)
