nice light and sharpness, just due to compression a bit too much artifacts on her nose. i think you gave off a lot of the quality by either letting the system reduce it or by reducing it yourlsef to only 80kb. you can use up to 150kb for a single and 300kb for a double upload. would be definetaly worth a double upload imo.
